Our Sardinian Sanctuary
Soul Valley is located in the south of Sardinia, near the small village of Torre delle Stelle. It’s a 45-minute drive from Cagliari International Airport. Situated in a small private valley with stunning views over the nearby azure blue Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. Enjoy true silence, clean air and starry nights to recharge + disconnect. The options for slowing down and pouring into YOU are endless… lounge comfortably around the pool with the sea off in the distance, visit the spa for a little self-care sauna session or massage, drive down to the local crystal clear beach, or discover the walking trails around the property and the panoramic meditation spots uphill.

You will experience the tranquil atmosphere as soon as you arrive. Delicious vegetarian food arrives fresh on your plate. Our boutique rooms and cottages with incredible mattresses, natural materials and amazing views give you both the feeling of home and vacation. The included spa and activities aim to support to reach deep relaxation.
SUSTAINABILITY: We love our planet and every living beauty on it. That’s why Soul Valley contributes in various ways to preserve this beauty. We offer only vegetarian food, mostly from our own property and local farmers. We minimize waste and recycle compost for the lands. Solar panels provide natural energy and water comes from our own well. In our aim to make Soul Valley completely CO2 neutral, we plant a tree for every booking.
NOURISHMENT: Savor delicious breakfast, lunch, healthy afternoon snack and dinner prepared with fresh, local ingredients, inspired by the Blue Zone's focus on longevity. Our restaurant with sea-view verandas serves delicious vegetarian food with fresh biological ingredients from our orchards and local farmers. The bar serves the real-deal Italian coffee, fresh teas and refreshing drinks including sodas, fresh juices and mocktails.
AMENITIES: The large pool with stunning views is surrounded by lounge beds, bamboo deck chairs and umbrellas. Imagine yourself enjoying the Sardinian vibe with your book and refreshing drink. The included spa consists of a Turkish bath, jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared sauna. You can treat yourself to a private relaxing massage.

Light and spacious boutique rooms with stunning views. Great supersized beds, en-suite bathroom with vegan body care products, decorated with heart and soul. Enjoy the silence of nature and unbelievable starry nights.
Single include a great king size bed and double rooms include two separate twin beds. All rooms have air-conditioning, sheets, towels, WIFI and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, basin and vegan body care products. There is a large community sea-view pool with lounge beds and deck chairs, a vegetarian restaurant, an (alcohol-free) bar, a yoga hall of 100 m2, a spa with a turkish bath, jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared sauna, a therapy room for massages, free parking, walking trails and an uphill meditation spot.

Retreat center is alcohol-free and vegetarian, no outside food or drink is permitted
$500 non-refundable deposit is required to receive your spot

Payment plans options are available within intake form (up to 8 month payment plan)

Arriving 1 day before retreat starts is recommended in case of delays.
Transfers to/ from airport are not included, car rental organization/ group pairing will be supported by retreat host for organizing groups together depending on which airport you’re flying into or if you’re extending your stay, average rental car cost $100-150pp/ per week for SUV through Easyterra Rental.
Anayat will help connect you with other retreaters to share a rental car if you wish, transportation is excluded. Rental car is the recommended form of transportation.
Any additional hotel/ transportation costs are excluded from retreat - If you choose to arrive early, a recommended hotel will be offered closer to the retreat.
