WEEK 1: MEDITATION

 

I recommend practicing the meditation first, and then bringing your pen to paper in your journal to share your reflections throughout your experience. It is important you make this a daily practice, because each day may present something very different for you.  

Remember, it’s only 5-minutes, you can do this!

 
 

WEEK 4: SOMATIC BREATHWORK

 

It’s time to breathe with intention to drop deeper into your body! The practice of Somatic Release Breath Work, soma meaning body, is a beautiful and empowering way to get out of your mind and get in touch with your body. I invite you to breathe first and then journal your experience and anything that came up for you.
